What to expect from the NASB hiring process.

  1. Look for an opening that fits your skills and interests from our View All Jobs listing. We have positions that match most skill sets and experience levels.
  2. Complete our brief online application. If possible, attach a resume that clearly details your work experience.
  3. If your experience and skills align with the position, you will be contacted by a NASB Recruiter for a phone interview.
  4. If we find that you are a good candidate for this position following the phone interview, you will then have a second interview with the hiring manager.
  5. Depending on the role, the next step may require additional interviews.
  6. The NASB Recruiter will provide you with an update on your status once all interviews are done.

Additional information that may be requested (recruiter will provide instruction):

  • Complete a job assessment.
  • Complete an authorization for credit and background check
  • Submit references via online reference check system

FAQs

At NASB, we are dedicated to career growth and prefer to promote within. After one year of employment, you are eligible to apply for additional opportunities that fit your skillset. We encourage you to work with your HR Business Partner and your manager to develop a career pathing plan.
  • On your first day of employment, you will automatically be enrolled into our 401k plan.
  • During your first week of employment, you will have a call with the HR team to discuss enrollment options for our multiple benefits selections.
  • The first of the month following your start date, any benefits you choose to enroll in will go into effect; options include Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, etc.

Training may include a combination of virtual, shadowing, onsite, or in person, based upon your specific role. The hiring manager will provide details on your specific training plan.
